returns: all sales are final. please email us with any concerns prior to placing your order so we can ensure you'll love your products. if for some reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right based on your individual circumstance.

refunds: exceptions made to our return policy will be offered store credit in the form of a gift card. we do not offer refunds.
